Event Committee

• Organize GNCA’s major annual events: the Chinese New Year Gala, Duanwu Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival.
• Collaborate and partner with other community events, such as the annual Celebrate Nashville Cultural Festival.

Marketing Committee

• Promote GNCA activities, brand name and visibility.
• Establish, administer and maintain GNCA website, email newsletters, and social media presence.
• GNCA Nashville Friend WeChat Group: A (primarily) Chinese-language community platform for sharing news, making friends, and providing help and advice to others in the community.

Outreach Committee

• Serve as liaison with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, academic institutions and businesses at local and national levels.
• Collaborate and partner with other groups on events and activities in Middle Tennessee. 

Finance Committee

• Prepare, monitor, and finalize GNCA’s budget and finances.
• File taxes and ensure compliance in all financial matters.
• Develop fundraising leads; build and maintain relationships with sponsors.

General Affairs Committee

• Oversee management of GNCA’s financial and human resources.
• Plan logistics of events and activities.
• Maintain inventory of GNCA equipment and supplies. 

Youth Volunteer Association (YVA)

• Assist at GNCA events and create, plan, organize, and execute their initiatives and activities
• Help its highschool-aged members connect with their peers, develop creative ideas, gain experience in leadership, and share life experience.

GNCA Journal

• A quarterly, Chinese-language e-magazine written by members of Middle Tennessee’s Chinese community.
• A platform for sharing life experiences and perspectives.
