For over 30 years, GNCA has served the Chinese community through traditional holiday events, community resources and networking opportunities. Each year, GNCA sponsors 3 major cultural events including the Dragon Boat Festival in June, Moon Festival in September and Chinese New Year Celebration in January or February according to the Chinese lunar calendar. These events bring together hundreds of Chinese families for a time of celebration and sharing of culture experience with local communities through dragon dances, music, arts and great food.
This year, Greater Nashville Chinese Association (GNCA) is partnering with the Nashville Chinese School(NCS), Chinese Arts Alliance of Nashville(CAAN) and Chinatown Restaurant at Green Hills to present an entire day of fun activities throughout the city.
